Before beginning my holistic health journey, I struggled with anxiety, brain fog, digestive issues, and energy crashes my entire life. I didn't realize how connected our moods and gut were - I truly felt like they were separate, because no one taught me otherwise. I felt lost and deeply struggled with my mental health, energy levels, and diet.
However, as I started eating more plant-based and educating myself on foods that benefit the brain, I’ve seen HUGE differences in my mental health, energy, concentration levels, and gut health/digestion (because the gut + brain are intimately connected). I learned how to manage my stress/anxiety levels and prevent burnout before it happens - all with simple lifestyle and diet changes.
